He shares the client’s accountability in building the trusting relationship with his or her coach. As good as some coaches are . . . they are only as good as their clients’ investment in the process. You’ve got to own your part, find the right coach, sacrifice the time needed to transform, and above all else – BE VULNERABLE. When this happens, the right coach can help clients shift mindsets, habits, perceptions and behaviors. The payoff can be transformational.
